24hours service

24hours service? CAN YOU GUYS IMAGINE THAT I HAD called for couple of time, and they didn't even bother to answer my call?
This is how the story goes: walked to the house phone and press these numbers (673) 265 8188.
Thank for calling standard chartared bank 24hours service, our lines are busy now. Please be patient and wait and blablaaa ~~~ ( SOMETHING LIKE THAT) *WITH PLEASANT MUSIC* like lullaby.
BUT THE MAIN REASON WHY I AM HERE TO BLOG THIS IS BECAUSE, I think one of the calls were picked up but hung up in one second, that is if i'm not hallucinating. OK after this happened, I told myself: GUESS THEY'RE GOING TO ASNWER MY CALL SOON AND WITH THIS POSITIVE MINDSET, I KEPT TRYING TO CALL THEM AND TILL I GOT MAD AND GAVE UP ON CALLING THEM.
I want to make a complain to them, and tell them how bad is the service they provided to US CUSTOMER?
JUST MAKE SOME ASSUMPTION: IF THEYPEOPLE NEED TO TELL THEM THAT THEIR CARD HAS BEEN STOLEN, AND THEY NEED TO REPORT AND NOT TO ACCEPT ANY TRANSACTION MADE BY THAT STOLEN CREDIT CARD. what will be the consequences? Would they compensate for the loses?
HOW COULD THEY BE SO LAZY !!! URGHHHHHHHHHHH ~~~
WE SHOULD TAKE OTHER COUNTRY AS AN EXAMPLE. SEE HOW EFFECIENT IS THEIR SERVICES TO THE CUSTOMER.
